The dumpster at Rice Lake Storage is rented by a renter not RLS. PLEASE Do Not leave garbage around the dumpster, you must take everything you bring onto the property with you when you vacate.

We do not send monthly bills, payments are due at the beginning of each month.
Yes we do! I usually try to have 2 in a unit but can remove or add as needed.
Your payment is due at the beginning of each month regardless of when you moved in. I give til the 5th of the month before it is considered late.
We do not, this way you know you are the only one that has access to your unit.
